From Sole Trader to Strong Team

Bay Bookkeeping Solutions began life as many great businesses do — with a single person, a solid set of skills, and a strong desire to make life easier for small businesses. Founded by Emma Marszalek, a qualified ICB bookkeeper, the practice started in Morecambe, Lancashire, supporting a handful of local clients.

But business has a funny way of growing — and over the last few years, our client base expanded, and so did our team. Today, we’re a busy, remote-first practice with a team that brings a brilliant mix of experience and specialist knowledge to the table.

We’re still proudly based in Morecambe, but thanks to Darrell joining the team this year, we now have a physical presence in Worcester too. That said, we support clients from Cumbria to London and everywhere in between — that’s the joy of cloud accounting!
